BLUEBike Rides Visualized

This dashboard attempts to answer the questions asked above by visualizing the blue bike rides people took around Boston’s neighborhoods and the surrounding area. The default total visualization shows all of the rides and connections between locations for October 2022. However, this data can also be split by both date and hour, and the route arcs can be filtered to particular locations to get a better understanding of the ways people used blue bikes. Although the Daily and Hourly level of detail requires more time to load, it provides a lens into people’s travel patterns, and shows information including things like which days of the week people might be more likely to take a ride late at night.
